Got this expecting a basic hoodie, nothing great. Worst hoodie ever. Before first wash, forearms are extremely tight. Ordered an XL, it was slightly short. Washed it one time, dried on low, and it shrunk to about a medium! The zippers became permanently shaped into giant S-curves. Totally unwearable now. Going to send it back, whether I get a refund or not. Let them see what kind of trash they're selling.

Just received my jacket and it was not the jacket shown in the picture. It was just a plain fleece zippered hoodie. Terrible quality and wrong product. Not what is shown in picture

Received this and it's just a Fleece hoodie, not what's pictured. Emailed through online portal and the given email address for support with no answer through either. I guess I'm just going to return it and hope they also refund my return shipping after because the item that was supposed to be sent wasn't -_-

I ordered this sweatshirt expecting it to be the same one as in the picture . What i received was this other poor quality replacement Arms too long, The end of the sleeves entirely too tight . AWFUL AWFUL

The product that I bought was different than what I received. The old hoodie used to be 50% combed cotton and 50% polyester. The one I received was 78% cotton and 22% nylon. It doesn’t feel or look (dark blue) the same.

I checkED my review and my name was included. (My name wasn’t suppose to be included with review) The Hoodie was not made of the same material or color.
